Pricing

To reserve a date, a 20% deposit must be paid.

A one-hour rehearsal is allowed at no charge on a day prior to the rented date, depending on what we have rented that week.

Non-Profit Pricing: Non-profit organizations hosting an event to raise money for their non-profit will get a discounted rate of $750 for the Ballroom on Monday – Thursday or $350 for the Parlor or Rooftop on Monday – Thursday. If there is an event the night before, entry to the building will not be until noon.

Holiday Pricing: December 31 will have the Saturday night rate. July 4 will be priced as a Sunday (unless it falls on a Saturday and it will have the Saturday rate). Monday holidays (Martin Luther King, Labor Day, Memorial Day) will have Sunday rate.
